Extra Body And Style For MR2 Roadster

9 August 2001

Optional Body Kit Now Available

Toyota’s two-seater sports car, the MR2 Roadster, has got a distinctive new look in time for the summer with an optional body kit now available on all versions.

Designed to excite true sports car enthusiasts the MR2 Roadster will undoubtedly turn heads with its extra body and style. Front and side skirts as well as rear bumper extensions boost the MR2 Roadster’s already strong road presence, enhancing the MR2 Roadster’s classic lines while not compromising its distinct shape and sporting appearance.

The colour-coded body kit is offered at an affordable £750 with prices starting at £18,745 and is available on all current MR2 Roadster colours. The body kit adds distinctive style to the MR2 Roadster as a fun to drive, two-seater soft-top combining traditional sports car characteristics with modern engineering for reliability and safety.

In addition, drivers holding only an automatic licence are now eligible to drive MR2 Roadster with F1-style Sequential Manual Transmission, as the car has no clutch pedal.
