Paula Cooper

Director, ConsumerOne, Toyota (GB) PLC

Paula Cooper was appointed the first Director of Toyota’s ConsumerOne function in August 2016. She brings more than 25 years’ motor industry experience to the role, having joined Toyota in 1991 in the vehicle supply section. Since then she has gained wide experience across the business, including positions in fleet, sales, after sales and marketing.

Cooper has worked at general manager level within Toyota for the past 10 years, with responsibility for network development immediately prior to joining the executive team.

Cooper has a BA Honours degree in modern languages and politics and a post-graduate diploma in management from Henley Business School.  She has a keen interest in supporting the development of people and participates as a mentor or coach in a number of Toyota programmes. Outside work she enjoys family life and meeting up with friends.
