13 September 2017

Dr Johan Van Zyl, President and CEO of Toyota Motor Europe, announced at the Frankfurt International Motor Show (12 September) that it is Toyota’s future ambition to provide a choice of two hybrid powertrains in its core models in Europe.

One will provide the benefits of efficiency and fuel economy, as established in the current hybrid systems on offer.

The second will build on these qualities, adding more power and a more dynamic driving character.
