Luigi Ksawery Luca’ becomes a patron of the Automotive 30% Club
Luigi Ksawery Luca’, Toyota (GB) President and Managing Director, has become a patron of the Automotive 30% Club, maintaining the close association the company has had with the organisation since its founding.
The club is a voluntary network of leaders and executives from UK-based automotive manufacturers and supplier companies who share best practice on how to achieve a better gender balance and increase female representation in senior management positions. It organises meetings, workshops and campaigns and promotes a “30 by 30” strategy, aiming for women to fill 30 per cent of the leadership roles at member organisations by 2030.
Luigi Ksawsery Luca’ said: “I am delighted to represent Toyota as a founding patron and member of the Automotive 30% Club. Championing diversity and inclusion is deeply important to me and everyone at TGB and I look forward to building on the meaningful progress we have already made together.”
