High Flying Corolla
The woman turns and glances out of the rear side window of the Corolla. She is flying at 520mph, several thousand feet up!
That is the optical illusion that would greet any passing observer of this specially liveried airliner. But zoom out a bit and they would discover that this particular Corolla is a mile-high, fast-flying advertisement, painted on the side of the jet aircraft. For fun, the designers made the windows match up with the front and rear door windows on the Corolla.
The new Corolla is being introduced throughout Europe at this moment in time. Toyota Iceland decided on the theme “Take off with the new Corolla”. The natural approach to getting the message across was by joining hands with Icelandair, Iceland’s flag carrier.
