Toyota Announces Mark Hall As New General Manager Vehicle Marketing
Toyota GB is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Hall as its new General Manager Vehicle Marketing from 3 March 2003. Hall, 42, joined Toyota in 1989 and brings to the role extensive field experience in both the after sales and vehicle sales areas. Hall is promoted from General Manager, Communications – a role he took on in January 2001.
As General Manager Vehicle Marketing he will have overall responsibility for Toyota product strategy, price positioning, incentive programmes and sales and market planning activities. Hall succeeds Matt Harrison who was promoted to Marketing Director in February.
Speaking of his appointment, Hall said: “It has been tremendously challenging and rewarding to have played such a key part in the development and communication of the Toyota brand over the past two years. I am looking forward to taking on this new role at such an exciting time in Toyota’s plans for growth in the UK car market.”
Toyota (GB) PLC’s Marketing Director, Matt Harrison said: “I am delighted with Mark’s appointment. In his new role he will make a significant contribution to our product, pricing and sales and market planning activities.”
