Toyota Corolla: new features for the 2025 Hatchback and Touring Sports
- New features and options add style and customer appeal to the Toyota Corolla Hatchback and Touring Sports for 2025
- Toyota’s commitment to sustainability reflected in the use of new high-quality trim and upholstery materials
- Introduction of new Metal Oxide rich red paint finish for Excel and GR Sport models
Toyota has introduced a series of new features for its enduringly popular Corolla range – the British-built Hatchback and Touring Sports wagon. The new details strengthen Corolla’s market appeal, bringing a fresh look and new sustainable choices when it comes to interior finishes.
These latest additions enhance the all-round quality and breadth of choice that make the Corolla a powerful proposition at the heart of the C-segment for family-size cars. These virtues are supported by well-proven quality, reliability and durability and the advanced protection and peace of mind provided by Toyota Safety Sense active safety and driver assistance systems. Practicality is achieved with two body styles, while the offer of two efficient hybrid powertrains – 1.8 and 2.0-litre* – aligns with Toyota’s multi-path strategy to provide low-emission mobility options for as many customers as possible.
Toyota is moving to adopt sustainable materials where possible in its model range. Following the principle first introduced on the all-new Toyota C-HR, a high-quality synthetic leather material is used to wrap the steering wheel and gear shift knob across all Corolla grades. There is also a new upholstery option for the Design grade Hatchback and Touring Sports. Made from recycled fabrics of different colours, it has a distinctive and appealing look, feels good to the touch and is suitably hard-wearing.
The exterior paint colour palette has been extended to 10 options with the addition of new Metal Oxide, a rich red finish that is offered exclusively as a bi-tone combination with gloss black roof on the Excel and GR Sport models. Gloss black door mirror caps add a sharp new contrast feature, fitted to all model grades in place of the previous body colour covers. To complete the 2025 introductions, there is a new 17-inch alloy wheel design for the Design grade models with a silver/machined black finish.
The new 2025 Corolla range is on sale now.
*Max. power for 2.0-litre hybrid system is now 176bhp/178 DIN hp.
