Toyota at the Frankfurt Motor Show
Toyota’s presentation at the Frankfurt motor show takes two dominant themes: the increasing success and relevance of hybrid technology, captured in a new design study for the Toyota C-HR crossover; and the company’s 65-year SUV heritage and leadership in quality, durability and reliability (QDR), represented by the world premiere of the new Land Cruiser.
The Toyota C-HR Hy-Power concept is a design study developed by Toyota’s European studio, ED2. It emphasises the new crossover’s emotional and powerful look, while hinting at a future expansion of Toyota’s hybrid powertrain line-up within its core models.
Toyota’s 65-year heritage and QDR leadership in authentic SUV engineering is celebrated in the world premiere of a new Land Cruiser. Featuring a unique-in-class body-on-frame construction, it’s designed to take you wherever you want to go – and bring you back.
The Toyota stand will also feature the new Yaris GRMN hot hatch and the new Auris Touring Sports Freestyle, which will bring new personalisation opportunities to the British-built Auris range.
Toyota will host a press conference on its stand at 8.50am on the show’s press day, 12 September.
