All-new Land Cruiser Commercial
It’s been confirmed that the all-new Land Cruiser will be available as a commercial vehicle. The latest generation of the legendary SUV will undergo factory conversion at Toyota’s Burnaston plant in the UK to create a compact van with exceptional off-road capabilities and high-level equipment specifications. Land Cruiser Hybrid 48V
The all-new Land Cruiser is set to adopt an electrified powertrain. The new Hybrid 48V is a mild hybrid system that uses the vehicle’s existing 2.8-litre engine, adding a lithium-ion battery, electric motor-generator and a power converter. Read more here.
Aygo X Hybrid
Toyota will break new ground in automotive engineering later this year with introduction of the Aygo X Hybrid, the first car in its class to be powered by a full hybrid system. It’s expected to deliver the lowest CO2 emissions of any non-plug-in car. Read more here.
All-new RAV4
RAV4, the original recreational SUV, is set to enter a new era with the reveal of an all-new, sixth generation model. Higher performance and greater efficiency from a new plug-in hybrid system and new functions and features powered by advanced software are promised. Read more here.

GR Corolla to be built in the UK
Toyota is to launch production of the high-performance GR Corolla at its Burnaston plant in the UK. It is the first GR model to be built outside Japan and will be exported to North America. Read more here.
Supporting cricket across the UK and Ireland
Toyota has announced investment in a series of partnerships that put it at the forefront of development of cricket at all levels in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. It is has become the Principal Partner of the England Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Read more here.

Every Body Moves
Toyota has extended its gold partnership with ParalympicsGB through to Los Angeles 2028, continuing a relationship that will now span more than a decade. Its support has powered the groundbreaking Every Body Moves platform, which empowers disabled people to find a sport or physical activity that’s right for each individual, demonstrating the company’s global commitment to mobility for all. Hydrogen racer
Toyota took the wraps off its latest hydrogen-fuelled race car study at the Le Mans 24 Hours, revealing its new GR LH2 Racing Concept. The concept will also be on show at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July. Read more here.
H2 on the high seas
Toyota has renewed its support for the next voyage of Energy Observer, a high-tech ocean-going vessel that uses a Toyota fuel cell system to generate zero emission power. Read more here.
Toyota Collaborative Safety Research Centre
The Toyota Collaborative Safety Research Centre has completed its 100th project working with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), looking how safety can be improved for drivers and pedestrians and how potential collisions can be avoided.
