Up To 15% Price Reduction From Toyota
Even Better Value for Money for Toyota Customers
Toyota announced today (Friday, 6 October) a price reduction of up to 15%. Toyota has taken this considerable step to maintain its position of offering unbeatable value for money in a highly competitive market.
These across-the-range price reductions are immediately effective with the most significant changes to the award winning Toyota Yaris, ever-popular Corolla, Celica sports coupé and Land Cruiser models.
Toyota Yaris will be reduced by £450 across the range establishing a highly competitive entry-level price of £6,995. Mini MPV Yaris Verso will also be reduced by £450 now available from £10,545.
Corolla, revised in January with more specification and lower running costs, will be available from just £8,995 on the road, a £1,000 reduction on the S model. Corolla GS will be available from £10,795, meaning a reduction of £1,100 and the GLS will be available from £12,395, a reduction of £1,500. The sporty Corolla SR is reduced by 15% to £12,245, offering excellent value for money.
New Previa and new Avensis were launched in July and August respectively at highly competitive prices. Substantial value improvements were made on each product versus the outgoing models and therefore prices remain unchanged.
The new Celica 1.8, launched in November 1999, also takes a significant reduction of £2,260 to £16,995 and £18,495 for the Premium Pack, which includes leather front seats and climate control air conditioning.
Toyota is also reducing the price of its fun, two-seater, open-top sports car the MR2 Roadster by £500 to £17,995, reaffirming its competitive position in this niche sector of the market.
Four-wheel drive and style icon the RAV4, also benefits from a price reduction across the range. The new model was introduced in August and already offered its customers added value against the Honda HR-V, CR-V and Land Rover Freelander. Now the NV and NRG grades are reduced by £500, meaning the two-wheel drive 1.8 is now available from £13,495, while the 5-door GX and VX grades are reduced by £800 bringing the entry price down to £17,695.
Land Cruiser, Toyota’s ever-popular off-road brand, also takes a reduction of up to £2,500 on the Colorado and £3,000 on the Amazon.
Finally, Toyota welcomes the customers of rival makes to the benefits of a 3-year/60,000 mile warranty. Toyota customers have enjoyed this reassurance since 1989.
