Toyota retains pole position in Automotive Category of Best Companies Survey 2025
Toyota (GB) has retained its first place ranking in the Automotive Category of the Best Companies 2025 survey for the fourth year running.
The company maintained its three-star ‘World Class’ status and moved up 15 places from last year – to 13th place – in the Best Large Companies* to work for category.
Toyota, whose headquarters are in Burgh Heath, Epsom, was also ranked in 10th place in the Best Companies to Work for in the South East category, moving up seven places from its 2024 position.
The Best Companies survey is run annually to measure employee engagement and workplace culture. The results are based on anonymous employee feedback and recognise organisations that excel in creating a positive working environment.
Richard Balshaw, Director of Strategy, Business Transformation and People, commented: “This is the 11th consecutive year that we have been ranked in the Best Companies Top 100 list and I’d like to thank all our team members for their help in securing the improvements in our ranking across several different categories. The spirit of kaizen – continuous improvement – is central to the Toyota philosophy and way of doing business, so it’s fantastic to see this manifested in our improved rankings as a great company to work for.”
