Paul Fricker was appointed Director, Operations, on 1 July 2026. It is a first directorial position for Fricker who for the previous six years was General Manager, Operations, in the Lexus division.

Fricker graduated from Loughborough University with a mathematics degree and joined Toyota (GB) in 2000 as a business analyst working in after sales. He went on to hold multiple roles in the company, across after sales, product marketing, fleet and used vehicles.

He is also a qualified Outward Mindset Coach, holding a firm belief that building high-functioning teams begins with deeper personal understanding and strong relationships to enable challenge.

Outside of work Fricker enjoys family time and watching rugby.
